Depending on whether your piece is in stock, made to order or pre-order it will have a different timeframe to ship from our studio.

Delivery time will vary depending on your shipping method selection and location.

In-stock: items will ship from our studio within 3 business days,

Made-to-order: items handcrafted to order typically take between 3-4 weeks to ship. this includes customized sizes, bespoke orders etc.

Pre-Order: Pre-order items will be shipped within 6 weeks of an order being placed.

If you require a piece for a certain date, please reach out to us directly and we will endeavor to expedite the process.

All our prices are listed in US dollars.

If you would like to cancel or change an order prior to it shipping, please reach out to us directly via studio@areh.co . once an order has been shipped we are unable to change or cancel. However if upon receipt of the order you would like to return it, please reach out to use within 24 hours to place a return request.

We use Fedex for all shipments and all deliveries require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit. If you would like to purchase package insurance on your piece/s while in transit, please reach out to us via studio@areh.co before your package ships.
