All in stock orders will ship within 3 business days. For all pieces handcrafted to order please allow 2-4 weeks for dispatch from the date of purchase. To check the status of your order please email us at studio@areh.co
Please include your order number and we will endeavor to get a status update to you within 24-48 hours.
Any duties and taxes applicable to your location are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local policies before placing an order.
arēh is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to or from our studio. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. For added peace of mind, please email studio@areh.co for any questions regarding insuring your package.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please read the following carefully before placing your order:
Change of mind return requests within the continental USA will be accepted within 12 hours of delivery. Please email studio@areh.co to place a return request. Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable duties. Once the item is received in our warehouse and inspected, if it meets our return criteria you will be refunded via your original form of payment.
All custom sizing and bespoke orders are final sale.
Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on international orders at this time. Please check the item dimension carefully before purchasing. we are more than happy to accommodate custom sizes. Just drop us an email at studio@areh.co with your sizing.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
Your pieces are packaged and shipped with utmost care, however in the rare instance that an item arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please notify us via email at studio@areh.co within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly include:

Repairs
We do offer repairs for items that have been damaged through normal wear. If your piece requires repair, please contact us at studio@areh.co with photographs and a description of the issue. Fees may apply based on the nature of the repair and availability of materials. Any shipping costs and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
